Dean Marney comes back to the reckoning for Sky Bet Championship leaders Burnley as they prepare to host Reading. Marney missed the two-0 win at Doncaster in midweek which saw the Clarets go top of the table through suspension but they are more likely to go straight back to the c's on Saturday, probably with the expense of David Edgar.

After seven victories over the last eight matches, manager Sean Dyche is not likely to produce more changes. Ross Wallace remains sidelined with the knee injury that has kept him out since middle of August.

Reading will review Royston Drenthe and Danny Williams. Winger Drenthe and midfielder Williams, two of boss Nigel Adkins' summer signings, missed Tuesday night's draw at Barnsley with foot injuries but sometimes build up at Turf Moor.

Adkins doesn't have a new injury concerns following a Oakwell trip but remains without Jem Karacan, who had surgery on his cruciate ligament injury now.

Fellow midfielder Mikele Leigertwood has returned in training after having a summer ankle operation but are not risked yet while striker Jason Roberts remains to be out having a hip problem.
