In-form Peterborough will review Mark Little before visit of Sheffield United. A hip problem saw Little substituted prior to half-time against Shrewsbury on Saturday plus the full-back will undergo a late fitness test. However, midfielder Grant McCann isn't required to get over his slight groin injury.

Winger Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, who scored the winning goal in Posh's 1-0 victory on the Shrews, is pushing for just a beginning contrary to the side where he spent a brief period on loan last season while Lee Tomlin could be included one of many substitutes after making good progress as part of his recovery from an ankle injury.

Darren Ferguson's side type in the game on the back of six straight Sky Bet League One wins and four clean sheets and therefore are only one point adrift of table-topping Leyton Orient.

Sheffield United caretaker boss Chris Morgan could name an unchanged scratch-up. Morgan does not have any new injury or suspension problems after the Blades climbed from the bottom on the table because of their second win with the season against Port Vale on Saturday.

Striker Jose Baxter remains doubtful because of thigh injury, but defender Tony McMahon (thigh) returned to experience all of the 1 hour 30 minutes in the weekend and midfielder Florent Cuvelier (leg) was back about the bench.

Striker Shaun Miller made his debut since last Boxing Day against Port Vale after dealing with an important knee injury and is particularly anticipated to be one of many substitutes again.
